Supplements
Although I prefer to work with the inner, which then manifests outside, I also know that going through any kind of healing or transformation can be challenging for our bodies.
When I choose to support my body with supplements, I look for natural remedies first.
Nature can do some pretty wild magic.
And we are nature! 🌿
Below are some adaptogens that have helped me greatly in the past.***
They have many benefits, but I list purely the ones I experienced myself.
Reishi
I see Reishi as an ancor in stressful times. It has helped me with my energy levels, my sleep and mainly with my heart palpitations. According to Chinese medicine, Reishi harmonises the heart, where our spirit Shen resides.
Ashwagandha
Ashwagandha is sometimes called natural antidepressant. I helped me immensly during the first covid lockdown when I struggled with sleep and anxiety. Since then I have used it occessionaly during challenging times.
Hericium (Lion's Mane)
Although Lion's Mane has many benefits, I used it for my heartburn and digestion. It always started working within a week. I used it repeatedly and my heartburn got so much better since then.
Essentials oils
My nose is super sensitive and it can't stand many perfumes or strong scents. But every now and then my body intuitively chooses an aroma blend that just fits. I love Bewit as I know their oils from Avasa. Their fragrance is mesmerizing, therapeutic and the quality is top-notch 🌸
Bellow are some of my favourite blends.***
Antis
My first love. I opened it by "mistake" and since then it was mine :) Antis = antistress. Pretty self-explanatory. I used it during some very difficult times in the aroma diffuser or on the pulse points on my wrists.
Love
Also pretty self-explenatory. It feels like a hug. I used it often during lockdown and I was jokingly telling my friends that this is gonna manifest my new partner, who will just miraculously fall in my lap. The funny thing is, it happened soon after that! :)
Moon
My little witchcraft. I love this scent during my PMS or the first days of my period.
Breath
My go-to during sniffles, or whenever I need to breath more freely.
